From the Queen Rose room thru a connecting door, that can be closed off, is the Studio quarters. 

 
       A very large open space that provides living and dining areas, 
 

 large full kitchen with plentry of cabinetry and dining island,

                                        
  and double bed space,
             

       




with full bath, including tub & shower, completing the studio.

  There is also a separate outside entrance leading downstairs to the street printed courtyard.



The Studio sleeps 2 privately, or 4 with use of the queen sofa sleeper. It can be rented alone, in conjunction with the additional bedrooms rooms of the second floor, or included with the entire ANNEX to accomodate 16. 

Presently rented until June 2012.
