Second floor offers a beautiful bedroom suite with crown molding, medallion, and ceiling fan. A perfect sitting area, nestled in the front, surrounded by gabled windows, complements your breakfast coffee with a view Congress Park in the distance. An adjoining classic Victorian bathroom with marble topped dresser sink and whirlpool tub and rain shower. Two more bedrooms, down a short hallway, leads to a dressing room and full bathroom. Across the hallway from dressing room, is center bedroom. Small sitting area has gabled windows with original Victorian shutters. Three stairs down and the back bedroom presents itself. Thru a connecting door is the in-law or caretakers or staff studio quarters. Ample area for living, dining and relaxing, or just sleeping.
Full kitchen, with plenty of cabinet space, and full bath, with tub and shower, completes the studio. There is also a separate outside entrance leading to the back courtyard of stamped street print. Thompson Place, access road off Court Street, provides plenty of off-street parking. Yards were painstakingly landscaped with tasteful fences to insure privacy.
