Two more bedrooms, down a short hallway, leads to a dressing room with microwave and mini-fridge for late nite snacks, and full bathroom.

 Three stairs down, the Queen Rose bedroom presents itself. Thru a connecting door, that can be closed off, is the Studio (see next page)  

Courtyard street print parking is in the back of the house and can accomodate up to 5 cars, with access to both the first floor Adirondack 4 seasons room, or side entrance to the Studio. 

 Thompson Place, access road off Court Street, provides plenty of off-street parking.  Yards were painstakingly landscaped with tasteful fences to insure privacy.  

This gracious home is centrally located  for hiking in the Adirondacks, close to upstate New York lakes, just minutes away from SPAC, Skidmore College, Spa State Park, and walkable to downtown Saratoga and the Thoroughbred Racetrack.

First floor is available for short term monthly corporate rental starting January 1st, 2012, with or without utilities.

Second floor & studio rented until June 2012.

Reservations for the 2012 TRACK Season will be considered, with returning guests being given first preference.
