The second floor master offers the ASHLEY en-suite

a beautiful queen bedroom suite with crown molding, medallion, and ceiling fan

A perfect sitting area, nestled in the front of this suite, surrounded by gabled windows, is complemented by your breakfast coffee with views of Saratoga Congress Park in the distance.

And adjoining, is a classic Victorian bathroom, with marble topped dresser sink, whirlpool tub and rainfall shower.

Two more bedrooms, down a short hallway, leads to a dressing room with microwave, mini-fridge, and coffee maker for late night snacks. A shared full bathroom, with tub and shower, adjoins.

Across the hallway from dressing room, is Purple double bedroom with

a small sitting area. It has gabled windows with original Victorian shutters.

Three stairs down, the Queen Rose bedroom presents itself.

the Studio (see next page)

Street print courtyard, provides parking in the back of the house, and can accommodate up to five cars, with access to both the first floor Adirondack four seasons room, or side porch entrance to the Studio.

Thompson Place, access road off Court Street, provides plenty of off-street parking. Yard was landscaped with tasteful fences to insure privacy.

This gracious house is centrally located for hiking in the Adirondacks, close to upstate New York lakes, just minutes away from SPAC, Skidmore College, Spa State Park, and walkable to the TRACK and downtown Saratoga Springs NY.

Entire second floor (including studio) has 5 beds w 3 baths & sleeps up to 10. The Studio w 2 beds w 1 bath sleeps up to 4. Whole house has 8 beds & 5 baths & can sleep up to 16.
